Encored resale fee#
The app’s fixed resale fee is 10% of Pre-Loved item turnover. It is separate from seller store credit and does not deduct from the seller’s agreed payout. Shipping is excluded. Refunds reduce reportable turnover through the billing reconciliation process.
Approve or manage your plan#
Open Billing to see whether Shopify billing is enabled and whether your pricing plan is approved. Use Manage Shopify plan when it is available to view the Shopify-hosted plan page.
The approved Shopify plan is the place to review the commercial terms that apply to your store.
Usage reporting#
When billing is enabled, Billing shows orders awaiting reconciliation, usage events submitted to Shopify and records needing review. A submitted event is not confirmation that Shopify has invoiced it.
Corrections needing review#
If Billing needs review appears, contact Encored support about the pending correction. Check your Shopify invoice for the actual billed fee and use Finance for the app’s internal accrual records.
