Seller countries and checkout

Choose countries#

Open Settings → Pre-Loved countries. Australia is always enabled. You can also enable New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Singapore, Germany, France, Netherlands and Japan.

Same-country delivery#

The Pre-Loved checkout validation checks the seller’s country and the shop currency. A buyer must take delivery in the same country as the seller for that item. The shop currency remains AUD.

Confirm shipping support#

Before enabling a country, check that your label provider and Shopify delivery zones support the intended seller and buyer addresses. Country enablement does not create shipping rates or carrier services automatically.

Test your checkout#

Test a supported local address and an address in a different country. Check mixed carts containing Pre-Loved items. Country and currency validation still applies when retailer discounts are used.
