Add the product block#
Add NEW PDP: Resell Reminder near the buy buttons on your new-product template. The shopper can opt in while shopping. Their email comes from the eventual order; the block does not collect an email address on the product page.
Set the timing#
Set the reminder interval in Settings. The default is 90 days, and the range is 0–730 days after the order. Set it to 0 to turn off reminders and hide the block on the live storefront.
Configure the message#
Edit Resell reminder in Notifications. Use its supported customer name, titles and Sell Items link variables. Match the block’s explanation to the email timing you selected.
Eligibility still applies#
An opt-in reminder is an invitation to review purchases in Sell Items. It does not bypass your returns hold, product exclusions or current ownership checks.
