Find the Encored location#
Open Shopify Settings → Shipping and delivery. Encored creates a fulfilment location named Encored Pre-Loved for resale listings.
Add shipping options#
Open the profile or shipping options applying to Pre-Loved products. Find Encored Pre-Loved among the fulfilment locations. Create shipping options for that location if it has no separate rates.
Add your supported delivery zones and rate. Use a clear method name, such as Pre-Loved Shipping, then save in Shopify.
Test a single item and mixed cart#
Check checkout with a Pre-Loved item and a supported address. Confirm the shipping method and fee. Then test a cart with both new and Pre-Loved items and review the combined charge.
If an order contains items from different sellers, tell buyers that items may arrive separately. Do not assume a multi-seller carrier-calculated checkout rate is configured merely because you connected a label provider.
Distinguish rates from labels#
Shopify checkout rates decide what the buyer pays for shipping. Shipping in Encored decides how the seller’s label is purchased. Both need review during onboarding.
