Resell a Pre-Loved purchase#
A customer who bought a Pre-Loved item from your store can list it again if the new purchase satisfies current eligibility and waiting-period rules. The original retail product remains the basis for exclusion checks.
Review the ownership chain#
On listing detail, staff can see when the source purchase was already Pre-Loved. The history follows the first purchase and subsequent Pre-Loved purchases, including dates and prices where recorded.
Review current condition again#
Prior approval does not approve a later listing. Review the new seller’s current photos, condition, damage disclosure and asking price. Each sold listing remains a distinct sale and financial record.
Keep the storefront anonymous#
The public product page does not expose the seller’s identity or individual rating score. The history is a staff review aid.
