How a suggestion is calculated#

Open Pricing to adjust the store-wide formula. Encored combines the original retail price, ownership age, condition and declared damage, then applies your minimum price settings.

The original-price reference uses the highest available positive compare-at, list or paid price. The suggestion is a starting point in the seller wizard.

Condition and damage adjustments#

Default condition multipliers are Like new 100%, Good 85%, Fair 70% and Worn 50%. No declared damage uses 100%; declared damage uses 80%.

For example, a $200 reference price, owned 6–12 months, in Good condition without damage gives a suggested $85 before any minimum floor: $200 × 50% × 85% × 100%.

Minimum price#

The default floors are 8% of the reference price and $5 AUD. Review these alongside the formula so your suggestions suit your range. Percentage settings allow 0–100%.

Save and review#

Save your formula and preview an eligible listing. The formula does not run a schedule of future price reductions. Staff still review asking prices before publication.
