Find a request#
Open Privacy requests with the required personal-data export permission. The page shows received requests, statuses and any reason a request is blocked.
Download a completed export#
A completed request can show a Download customer data link while its export is still valid. Download only when needed for the authorised request and use your store’s process to handle the file.
Retention holds#
Authorised staff can record a retention hold with a review date and basis. While a hold applies, affected redaction requests remain visible and blocked. Releasing the hold lets pending requests be retried.

Storefront privacy#
Encored’s public listing blocks do not show seller identity or individual scores. Seller photos have embedded location metadata removed during processing. See the Encored privacy policy for the public policy.
